The Ideal Education society, Rabodi, Thane, firmly believes that the future of any community can be moulded thru’ its educational institutions. With this vision in mind, the society’s founder-Trustee & President Late Mr. Ridwan Harris, inaugurated the “Ideal Classes” at 2nd Rabodi, Thane, on 6th April 1969. The “Ideal Classes” which started with just 30 students in 1969, is known today as “Shamsuddin Ghawte Ideal Primary School” & “Ridwan Harris Ideal High School & Junior College of Arts & Commerce”, where, over 2600 students are imparted with modern & ethical education.
Behind the success story, we recall and appreciate dedicated services rendered by Late Mr.Shamsuddin Ghawte & his colleagues, the patronage & co-operation of Rabodi Masjid Trust, Mominpura Jama Masjid Trust & Islami Deeni Jamat, Rabodi, Thane. Our Students’ hard work, Teachers’ dedicated & continuous guidance. Parents’ patronage, our Society’s endeavour, Government of Maharashtra & Education Department’s support & beside all these, our well-wishers’ timely help & blessings have made our institutions ‘IDEAL’ in Thane.
The medium of instruction in these institutions is Urdu, the mother tongue of the students, English language has been made mandatory from K.G. & at all levels for Computer Classes. Besides, Maths & Science subjects are taught in English from std. I now, and the medium of instruction for Jr. College is English.
It is significant to note that our High School & Junior College have been consistently showing commendable results at the S.S.C. & H.S.C. Board Examination. It is merely Allah’s grace, which has enabled our institution to gradually reach this level of recognisation and glory. It is our sincere endeavour to manage the affairs of our institution in professional manner, with the focus on continuous improvement in the quality of education.
